Approval of Action Agenda Items listed under “Action Agenda” may be enacted by one motion unless a Commissioner or citizen requests an item be removed from the Action Agenda and considered a separate item. 8.1 Approval of Warrants and Treasurer Electronic Remittances Claims Clearing Fund Warrant # 8111743-8112030 $2,271,434.98 Direct Deposit Fund Warrant # 115235-115644 $ 964,056.53 Salary Clearing Fund Warrant # 7008808-7008843 $1,285,616.50 Treasurer Electronic Remittance $ 315,321.05 8.2 Approval of the Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) Knotweed Control Program grant application. 8.3 Approval of the Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) amendments with Crossroads Housing for an additional $70,000 and Shelton Family Center for an additional $57,500. 8.4 Approval for the Public Health and Human Services Director to send a request to extend its lease with Mason Health at 2300 Kati Court, Shelton for an additional two years ending April 30, 2027. 8.5 Approval for the Chair to sign the 2025 Mason County Comprehensive Plan – Periodic Update Grant (PUG) amendment. 8.6 Approval of the Resolution establishing the Mason County Compensation Board Policy. 8.7 Approval to delegate signature authority to Ralph Scott, Water and Wastewater Manager, to submit reports and/or documents for County-permitted wastewater facilities. 8.8 Approval of the Resolution setting a hearing date with the Hearings Examiner for Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. via Zoom to consider public comment on Road Vacation No. 424. 8.9 Approval of the Resolution for County Road Project (CRP) No. 2064 for Old Olympic Highway Improvement Project; authorization for the Public Works County Engineer to advertise, set bid dates and times, and award contract; and for the County Engineer and/or Chair to sign all pertinent documents. 8.10 Approval of the following budget amendment for Superior Court for both remodel and repairs at Juvenile Detention: increase of $21,403 in Real Estate Excise Tax (REET) funds and an increase of $4,900 in the General Fund. 8.11 Approval to appoint Taylor Jacobs as a Generator on the Mason County Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC). 8.12 Approval for the County Administrator to sign the letter of support for Turning Pointe’s Community Project Funding (CPF) request. 9.
