The violations on site consist of the following: ❑ 1967 Shalimar 50 x 12 mobile home being occupied without occupancy approval. This is a violation of Mason County Ordinance 45-99, Section 14.25.020 (B): General Installation Requirements and the conditions under which the building permit BLD95-1291 was issued. A copy of that permit with your signature, dated 10/17/95, acknowledging the requirements, is enclosed. Also attached is the correction notice from the last inspection performed on 8/28/96. ❑ Wood frame addition, approximately 14 '/2' x 8', and alteration to mobile unit. These items required Mason County Building Permits and Washington State Dept. of Labor and Industries Alteration Permits. A stop work order was placed on this construction on 10/23/00 and has not been resolved. L o Construction of storage building, approximately 8' x 10', not built to building code standards and within required setback. This structure was posted with a stop work order on 9/30/02. TO BRING YOUR PARCEL INTO COMPLIANCE WITH MASON COUNTY CODES AND REGULATIONS, YOU MUST: ❑ Immediately vacate the premises. Failure to vacate is a violation of Mason County Code, Title 14, Section 14.12.050 and is punishable by law. ❑ Remove/demolish the wood frame addition that was built without permits and not constructed to code. Removal must be complete within 30 days from the date of this notice. ❑ Demolish the shed that was built within setback area and also, does not meet building code for construction within 30 days.
