Dear Mrs. Gage:
In reference to your letter dated 12 Fe ot 6 1984, pertaining to
outhouse structure and a cabin to be bui L in Lake Christine
first addition -
Let me answer your question about building an outhouse on the above
name property in the affirmative. Our Department would require a plot
plan showing the location of this outhouse for our approval.
Building a cabin requires a Building Permit with plans of the
structure and a plot plan showing location.
Lake Christine is not a shorelines lake so setback distance of your
cabin has no requirements. We would recommend that the cabin have
adequate setback from the high water mark so that erosion will be -
minimized. .
You may apply for a Building Permit by- mail, but we would have to
have the plot plan indicating location of cabin and outhouse, and cabin
plans. After permit cost is determined a bill would be sent to you and -
collected before permit would be issued. Enclosed are application forms.
