Per our conversation on Tuesday(07/15/08)I am confirming that Mason County has agreed to wavi the fees for a Shoreline
Exemption Permit(SHX),and for a Mason County Environmental Checklist(SEPA)for a Mr.Carl Ste'Y w�eF's property at
1171 Mission Creek Road in Belfair(parcel #223254402010)sustained damage during the December 2007 storm. He has
proposed to do emergency bulkhead development due to stream channeling. I will CC:this to Charell so that she will also be aware
of the waiver of fees.
