8/24/04-no cutting initiated at the time of inspection by Rick Mraz(August 2004). Rick was unable to photograph site but noted site conditions with respect to Mission Creek buffer and determined that
buffer is well vegetated waterward of the residential structure. If compliance issues arrise in the future,consult with Rick for detailed site information. The owner(Ms.Anderson)was informed via phone of
regulatory information regarding the 150'buffer and advised to contact Planning Dpt.with any further questions.klf.
