COMMENTS :
Site visit November 22, 1996 : Foundation: 26 , by 34 , on site; measured
distances from existing foundation. NE corner to lake is 19 ' 611 . SE
corner to lake is 371 . Lot on plat map shows 100 ' width but measured
distance of 100 ' crosses improvements on neighboring lots. Septic
tank/drainfield installed already; foundation of house would meet
shoreline setback if house had no overhang along shoreline. Deck that is
301, or less above average grade is alright within shore setback common
line area. Dock proposed would need permit review.
