Dear Mr. Edwards:
Per your request a pre-inspection was conducted at the above property on October 5, 1992.
The following letter is a summary of our findings in regard to your proposal to build a single
family residence on the site.
The setback for a residence on the above mentioned property is a line based on the common line
criteria using the default setback on the lot to the east. The setback on the east side of the lot
is fifteen feet from OHWM. The setback on the west side of the lot is 37 feet as measured from
OHWM. A line drawn between these two points is the setback.
The side yard setback for your property is five feet.
Pre-inspection reports are held valid for a limited time. If the actual building permit for the
residence at this location is not received within four months of the date of this letter, the setback
will have to be re-evaluated.
