As part of this department ' s review on your permit application, a
Shoreline (SPI) site inspection was performed on your property. Below you
will find comments made regarding the proposed development and it ' s
critical values.
In some cases, setbacks for development from shorelines, steep slopes,
streams, and wetlands must be included in your specific proposal; these
setbacks are included as part of the comments listed below.

COMMENTS:
Site visit observations: Commom line setback along shoreline (between
house to south and house to north) is 100 feet from lake water' s edge;
orange safety fence set up at 55 ft from lake edge; proposed garage has to
be 135 feet from safety fence towards road. House as proposed would be 45
feet from the orange safety fence towards road to front (shore) side of
house. Drainfield proposed at 240 feet from edge of lake; re-vegetate
exposed slopes of lot.
