probable significant adverse impact on the environment . An Environmental
Impact Statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43 . 21C. 030 (2) (c) . This
decision was made after review of a completed Environmental Checklist and
other information on file with the Lead Agency. This information is
available to the public upon request .

Dear Mr. Borden:
Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the determination of nonsignificance to
construct a 8 foot wide by 36 foot long dock with two fingers for a 10 foot wide by 16 foot
long boat slip on Lake Wooten(File No. SEP98-0042), located at 2340 Northeast Tahuya
Blacksmith Road in Tahuya as proposed by Fredrick Barrett. We reviewed the
environmental checklist and have the following comments:
The proposed project must be consistent with all applicable policies and other provisions of
the Shoreline Management Act, its rules, and the local shoreline master program.
