Enclosed is a request for refund form. Beards Cove Water System is a Group A water system
and is under the jurisdiction of the Washington State Department of Health. We do not have any
records on this system and cannot make any comment as to its adequacy.
To get a health letter on this water system please contact the following person:

She is the water facilities technician at the Washington State Department of Health that
researches compliance status of individual water systems and prepares"health letters" and "loan
letters".
