Observed peninsula area that was created years ago, surrounded by log retaining bulkhead and one 6 foot by 12 1/2 foot dock and 4 foot by 8 foot dock; property sloped from road to levelled area (where trailer is) and sloped down to area of peninsula. I measured common line setback from cabin on north (Russell) to trailer on lot 29 to south (see map enclosed) ; wooden stake placed 38 feet back from tailer parked on lowest flat area and 30 feet from south property line (this stake is on the commonline between lots 32 and 29) . Side yard setback is 5 feet from dripline to property line. No need for further shoreline bank protection on this property. Proposal behind commonline could be approved.
