NOTICE OF FINAL ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION
Name of Applicant: Leroy and Alina Tanzer& The Lake Christine Community Club Inc
The Mason County Department of Community Development hereby grants a variance
from Mason County Development Regulation 1.02.032.3.c.1 on tax parcel 22320-50-
00013. This variance allows 6,610 square feet (through a Boundary Line Adjustment) to
be transferred from the property owned by The Lake Christine Community Club to the
adjacent parcel owned Leroy and Alina Tanzer in order to ensure a reasonable use of the
Tamer property.
County staff on 11/19/02 signed Findings of Fact that this administrative variance meets
the necessary criteria for approval found in Mason County Development Regulation
1.05.035.
Upon receipt of this notice, the property owner may request the county assessor to
reassess the valuation of his or her property as provided in RCW 84.41.030.
An application for a Boundary Line Adjustment pursuant to this variance is subject to all
state and county regulations including building code requirements and critical area
restrictions.
This waiver will becomes effective 14 days from the date of this notice unless subject to
appeal.
Any party seeking an appeal has 14 days from the date of this notice to submit a written
appeal. Any appeal should be directed to the Clerk of the Board of Mason County as
provided in 15.11.020 Mason County Development Code.
