8.1 Approval of Warrants and Treasurer Electronic Remittances
Claims Clearing Fund Warrant # 8111477-8111742 $1,750,380.62

Salary Clearing Fund Warrant # 7008782-7008807 $ 651,149.00
8.2 Approval of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Mason County Youth Baseball Association
(MCYBA) to store baseball equipment and materials for $1,658.88 per year.
8.3 Approval to replace wood chip mulch (EWF) with rubber mulch at both Walker and Union Park for the
estimated amount of $30,526.63 utilizing Real Estate Excise Tax (REET) 2 funds.
8.4 Approval of the Interlocal Agreement (ILA) with the Lewis County Coroner’s Office for autopsy facility
rental.
8.5 Approval to amend Resolution No. 2025-005 to update County Road Project (CRP) 2060, Matlock Brady
Road improvement project, to increase project limits and cost to $1,600,000.
8.6 Approval for the Chair to sign the Shelton Urban Growth Area (UGA) Water Utility Extension Agreement
with Evergreen Mobile Homeowners Cooperative.
8.7 Approval of the Resolution amending the Mason County Personnel Policy as proposed.
8.8 Approval of the letters of support for Public Utility District No. 1 (PUD 1) funding request for the Jorstad
Substation Grid Resiliency Project for Congressional Directed Spending (CDS) and Community Project
Funding (CPF).
8.9 Approval of the letter of support for the Mason County Economic Development Council’s (EDC) application
for funding through the Washington State Department of Commerce’s Child Care Partnership Program Grant.
