The Customer shall be responsible for supplying and installing any additional lighting needed. Warranties Robblee's Total Security, Inc. includes a one-year labor warranty on any new installations. A 90-day labor warranty shall be provided for any repair work. Equipment manufacturer and subcontractor warranties may vary. Local Codes and UL Compliance Robblee's Total Security, Inc. prioritizes the safety of our customers and our employees and will comply with any local codes, regulations, guidelines, and recommendations for installation, repair, and safety. This includes but is not limited to obtaining appropriate permits when applicable, and identifying and correcting non-compliant equipment issues, especially when these issues may present imminent or future risk towards human health and safety. Should any equipment be found to be in violation of local code or UL safety standards, a written report will be provided with recommendations for corrective action to bring the equipment into compliance. While we do our best to anticipate potential issues, some situations are out of our control. This is especially true for prior installations and repairs performed by other parties. The Customer agrees that Robblee's Total Security, Inc. shall be held harmless for any incidental damage to any equipment, as well as any attached non-covered accessories, incurred during normal, factory-recommended inspection, troubleshooting, and servicing of the equipment. Partial Job Reference List Tacoma Goodwill Industries -We have installed a networked Card access control system for their 24+ sites. We supplied the DSX solution which allowed them to centrally manage the access from the main office. All locations directly tie into the server at the main facility. They have about 100 doors on the system. We also have them on the Alarm.com unit for centralized management of their alarm systems. They have been able to change codes and arm systems from an internet connection and phone. We have also supplied them with CCTV solutions for all of their locations. These systems range from Digital to full IP solutions. BJ'S Bingo-We installed over 200 new cameras as part of their recent remodel project. The new cameras are recorded using Digital Recording and network recording. We cover everything from cash cages to machines to parking. BJ's has an IP system by Genetec for half their cameras and the other cameras are landed on the Vicon Kollector series recorders. Washington United Terminal -We installed the Genetec IP solution for their CCTV system. They record and monitor 32 cameras in their yard. They also are using the wireless link by Tranzeo to transmit a video signal over 1 mile. We are scheduled for a large upgrade in 2012 for 40 additional megapixel cameras over fiber. Life Center Tacoma and Life Christian School -We installed over 50 cameras using Vicon's Kollector series DVR's. These cameras are in the office and hallways of the church and school. We also have DSX card readers on 20+ doors. Fircrest Golf Club -We installed a CCTV system using Genetec's IP solution. This system consists of 16 cameras covering the parking lot and offices. We have a wireless PTZ covering the parking lot using Tranzeo's wireless technology. We also have a dedicated license plate capture camera that allows for all license plates to be documented entering the facility. Tacoma Public Library -We installed an IP solution of CCTV using Genetec's state-of-the-art Omnicast product. We are using Megapixel cameras by IQ invision. Why Choose Robblee's Total Security, Inc.? Sincerely, Sharon Trask, Pat Tarzwell, Randy Neatherlin, Chair Vice-Chair Commissioner INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN MASON COUNTY AND THE CITY OF BREMERTON RELATED TO SANITARY SEWER SERVICE PROVISION THIS INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT("Agreement")for the provision of sewer service is made and entered into pursuant to the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Chapter 39.34 of the Revised Code of Washington, on the day of , 2025, by and between Mason County ("County"), a political subdivision of the State of Washington, and the City of Bremerton ("City"), a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, (the Parties). RECITALS A. Mason County owns and operates the Belfair sewer system,with a current service area of the Belfair Urban growth Area (UGA). B. The Belfair Water Reclamation Facility(WRF) is designed to treat up to 1,000,000 gallons per day(GPD) and currently permitted for 125,000 GPD. The facility presently treats 78,000 GPD on average. C. A plan and schedule to serve growth is to be submitted to Ecology when actual flow reaches 106,250 GPD (85% of 0.125 MGD)for three consecutive months. D. The Mason County Capital Facilities Plan anticipates preparation of an engineering report to modify and expand facilities to accommodate increased flow. E. The City of Bremerton borders the northern Belfair UGA boundary and has requested service for a maximum daily flow of 160,000 GPD and corresponding maximum instantaneous flow not to exceed 450 gallons per minute (GPM). The City projects the maximum flow of 160,000 GPD will be reached sometime over a period of 20 years, depending on the rate of new development. F. The following procedural items are required prior to serving should the County agree: a. General Sewer Plans for both the County and City indicating existing and proposed service areas;who will own, operate and maintain systems; municipality boundaries; existing and proposed system components; and other pertinent requirements of WAC 173-240-050. b. The Plans are submitted and approved by Ecology. c. Engineering reports and design are completed and approved by Ecology in accordance with WAC 173-240-060. d. An interlocal agreement is executed defining the terms of sewer service. G. The Washington State Department of Commerce awarded the City$3 million to design Belfair WRF capacity upgrades ($1.4 million) and City conveyance infrastructure ($1.6 million)which fulfills item F. c. H. Mason County and the City of Bremerton have cooperatively discussed and planned for serving some portion of the southern portion of the Puget Sound Industrial Center(PSIC)for several years. AGREEMENT NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed that: Mason County conceptually agrees to provide service to the City of Bremerton with a maximum daily flow of 160,000 GPD and corresponding maximum instantaneous flow not to exceed 450 gallons per minute (GPM) PROVIDED: 1. Both parties agree to the area to be served within the City of Bremerton. 2. Mason County is a sub-recipient of the Commerce grant, and both parties meet and regularly review grant products. 3. Both parties review and concur that the Engineering Reports are sufficient to address the details necessary to develop design documents and a more robust interlocal agreement, OR determine that sewer service provision by Mason County is not the best alternative for either party. Of interest and concern to Mason County: a. Always ensuring there is adequate capacity for the Belfair UGA first and foremost. b. Understanding the type of development allowed within the proposed Bremerton PSIC service area, and aside from sewer system design considerations, what economic and environmental impacts are to be expected. c. Mitigation proposals if economic and environmental impacts are anticipated. d. Duration the City anticipates being a customer. Will there be a time when Bremerton customer flow is transferred from Mason County to the City? e. If the latter, how will that be accomplished to minimize operational and financial impacts to the County? f. Connection fees, rates, and charges are set in such a manner as to adequately reflect significant County investments to date and not set up an economic advantage for the City. 4. Should both parties agree that the Engineering Reports are sufficient to address the details necessary to develop a more robust interlocal agreement, they will proceed with preliminary engineering designs which will inform the interlocal agreement. 5. Should both parties agree that the Engineering Reports are sufficient to address the necessary details but determine that sewer service provision by Mason County is not the best alternative for either party, the parties agree to approach Commerce about a scope revision.
