This permit may be rescinded if the permitee fails to complete the project as proposed or fails to comply with the standards of this ordinance. A Hydraulic Project Approval from the Washington State Department of Fish Wildlife must be granted prior to construction. All upland areas disturbed or newly created by construction activities shall be seeded, vegetated or given an equivalent type of erosion protection (silt fencing or straw matting). 3.) All construction and demolition debris must be removed from the beach after project completion. Proper disposal of construction debris must be on land in such a manner that debris cannot enter or cause water quality degredation of State waters. 4.)
