As part of this department ' s review on your permit application, a
Shoreline (SPI) site inspection was performed on your property. Below you
will find comments made regarding the proposed development and it ' s
critical values .
In some cases, setbacks for development from shorelines, steep slopes,
streams, and wetlands must be included in your specific proposal ; these
setbacks are included as part of the comments listed below.

COMMENTS:
Site visit made to verify old cabin and building setback if cabin is
demolished. Measured setbacks from lake: Lot 34 is 50 ft. (west side) and
lot 36 is 106 ft. (east side) ; Lot 35 is a distance of 70 feet from rock
bulkhead at boat dock to the point on the commonline from lot 34 to lot
36. Sideyard setback at Wooten Lake is 10 ft from roof dripline to
property line. Rock bulkhead is in good condition. No landfill on
property to raise height of property; closest point to lake from proposed
deck in front of house is 80 ft from bulkhead.
