Drainfield/ Reserve requires a 1 Oft setback from all footing/foundations. B. Septic tank(s) requires 5ft setback from all footing/foundations. C. Design, sizing, placement, inspection and maintenance of stormwater management systems shall be the responsibility of the owner/agent of the developed parcel.
