The outer edge of the bulkhead shall be no further waterward than three feet from the Ordinary High Water Mark of Hood Canal on the East end. This mark to be determined by the Planning Department prior to pouring of the footing.2. The bulkhead should terminate to the West of the proposed location of the inset steps. This would constitute shore protection terminating at 60 feet from the West end property line.3. To minimize the wave energy deflected from the Navarro(Dat Vu)bulkhead,the wing walls should be tapered such that the bulkhead will be flush with the bank at the East end. The wing wall to the East should end four feet prior to the property line so that riprap can be placed along the toe of the bank at the intersection of the bulkhead and the bank. The riprap should be a minimum of three feet in height as measured from the beach and shall be sloped to the existing face of the bank. Filter fabric should be staked on the bank prior to the placement of the riprap. The riprap should be placed prior to or within one week of bulkhead completion,or as otherwise specified by the Department of Fisheries. 2) 100 Construction Debris Removal Met 7/8/1992 DMB All construction debris must be removed from the beach after project completion.
