As part of this department ' s review on your permit application, a
Shoreline (SPI) site inspection was performed on your property. Below you
will find comments made regarding the proposed development and it ' s
critical values .
In some cases, setbacks for development from shorelines, steep slopes,
streams, and wetlands must be included in your specific proposal; these
setbacks are included as part of the comments listed below.

COMMENTS:
Site visit to verify the setback of current structure and what setback
for new structure would be; measured distance from logs placed along shore
as 97 feet from lake edge to old cabin; house to west is 45 feet from
shore; house to east is about 62 feet from roof to shore; so old cabin is
35 feet farther back than shore commonline measured.
