RE: Review of Mason County Public Works facility stormwater and TESC plan.
Dear Mr. Young:
Please find the enclosed stormwater and erosion control plan, for the proposed construction activities
and built facility of the future Mason County Public Works facility on SR 101 in Shelton. Normally
Mason County Public Works would review such plans, when associated with permit applications from
the general public. In this case, since the applicant is a County department,we need to contract the
review out to a third party.
Please review the enclosed plan prepared by Helix and Skillings-Connolly, for consistency with the
enclosed Mason County Stormwater Management Ordinance. Please bill Public Work directly for
your time, but enclose a copy of your billing statement with your conclusions, which should be sent to
my attention. We have been informed that based on their consultant's research, the topsoil referenced
in the plans does not need to be amended. That update will be forthcoming.
Please feel free to contact staff with any questions you may have. I can be reached at 360-427-9670
ext 287 or by email at pambcOco.mason.wa.us. Thank you.

RE: Review of Mason County Public Works facility stormwater and TESC plan.
Dear Mr. Peterson:
Please find the enclosed stormwater and erosion control plan, for the proposed construction activities
and built facility of the future Mason County Public Works facility on SR 101 in Shelton. Earlier you
conducted review of their logging phase stormwater management plan, so I understand you are already
familiar with the site. Normally Mason County Public Works would review such plans, when
associated with permit applications from the general public. In this case, since the applicant is a
County department, we need to contract the review out to a third party.
Please review the enclosed plan prepared by Helix and Skillings-Connolly, for consistency with the
