Amending Resolution No.81-19
Change Drawers for Mason County Public Health(150)
WHEREAS,Resolution No.81-19 established two(2)$100 change drawers for Mason County Department of Public
Health.
WHEREAS,Vital Statistics and Community Health have been moved from the Public Health office located at 415 N 6`"St,
Shelton to office space located at 2300 Kati Court,Shelton. The division of service locations necessitates that a change
drawer in the amount of two hundred dollars($200)be approved and made available at the new location.
WHEREAS,the request for an additional change drawer in the amount of two hundred dollars($200)has been reviewed
and approved by the Mason County Treasurer.
WHEREAS,Public Health will now have change drawers totalingfour hundred dollars($400)as follows:
Environmental Health
Drawer 1 $100
Drawer 2 $100
Vital Statistics/Community Health
Drawer 1 $200
WHEREAS,the custodian of such Public Health change drawers will request through the accounts payable process a
warrant from the appropriate fund and BARS,in the amount of two hundred dollars($200)to fund the change drawer
established for Vital Statistics/Community Heath service location.
NOW THEREFORE,The Board of Mason County Commissioners hereby approve the Mason County Treasurer's
recommendation that there be Four hundred dollars($400)in change drawers for Public Health.
