These site visits were conducted to become generally familiar with the quality and the progress of the construction work related to the general architectural and structural systems. From these limited observations, in combination with photographs taken by the general contractor(attached) and testing reports (attached)conducted and written by Krazan & Associates, Inc. a Construction Testing and Inspection firm, it appears that work was completed in conformance with the design documents and authorized changes. My final inspection was made on June 9, 2009, the date of Substantial Completion of the project. At this visit, I determined that all work required by the bid documents and the permit set had been completed to my satisfaction. There were a few minor punch list items that needed to be completed to finish the job. These were noted and provided the Contractor for completion. It should be noted that our field observations and this report cannot be viewed as a warranty or guarantee of any type. If you have any questions, please call me at (360)943-6774 x 108. Sincerely, R.
