Dear Terri,
In response to our conversation regarding the structure
located at the above site, our records indicate that on August 9,
1991 a site investigation was done and the building was posted with
a Stop Work Order and a Do Not Occupy notice . The inspector noted
the file that it was determined the structure could not be
permitted as constructed after the fact and could not be completed
under any circumstances . The building was deemed a "Dangerous
Structure" under the abatement code and the owner at the time,
Marvin Sides, was informed that the building needed to be
demolished and that the property file would be marked for such
action.
Since that time, Mr. Sides apparently vacated the property
without demolishing the structure and you have now come into
ownership. As we discussed, you said that you were going to sell
the property in the near future and agreed to inform potential
purchasers that the structure must be demolished and could not be
occupied or permitted in any way.
The structure will be re-posted within the next week by the
Building Department and you will need to secure the building
against entry.

It was determined that this proposed structure can not
be permitted or completed under any circumstances .
