Pursuant to your application, a site pre-inspection (SPI)was performed on your property. Below you
will find comments made regarding the proposed development and its critical values.
In some cases, setbacks for development from shorelines, steep slopes, streams, and wetlands must
be included in your specific proposal; these setbacks are included as part of the comments listed
below.
This information is based on County and State regulations as they exist to date. These regulations
may change and may affect the requirements for development of the subject property.

Comments:
On Jan. 18, 2006, 1 made the site inspection for this BLA for two
lots (Lots 1 and 2) in an existing plat.
The proposed realignment of lot lines now recognizes the road
alignment, presence of some low slopes, wetland /riverside
vegetation, and the floodplain in the vicinity of the old lots 1 and 2.
The new lot 1 has more upland area north of the road to use for
building and a portion south of the road still over 100 feet lot width
along the river.
The new lot 2 has more area south of the road to develop for a
residence that is still outside of the floodplain of the Tahuya River.
Proposed development on each lot should have adequate area
where a variance or environmental permit for a project is not
needed, but development proposed within the Tahuya River
floodplain will need to meet proper floodplain development
standards.
