CEDAR • P.O. BOX 578 rasa SHELTON, WA 98584 • (206) 427-9670 February 16, 1995 David Bayley P.O. Box 278 Shelton, WA 98584 Dear Mr. Bayley: In discussing your proposed Boundary Line Adjustment (BLA) in the Island Lake area, the Department of Community Development staff brought up the question of access from Island Lake Drive to the newly-bounded parcel (APN: 42001-44-00010) . This letter is sent to you to clarify the current understanding that Mason County has for the access to this parcel, a fact that may affect the completion of the BLA. When the building permit (BLD95-0002) for the duplex on this property was reviewed, a condition was attached to the building permit regarding the access from Island Lake Road. When the building permit was issued on 1/26/95 , you initialled in the space provided each of the conditions attached to the permit, but not condition no. 1 where a space was not provided. That condition was the one noting the access road to the property from Island Lake Drive. The current access road to Island Lake Drive is temporary, to be used for ingress and egress for this duplex only on this parcel and removed when the new access road from Island Lake Road is installed during the development of the 6 . 78 acre parcel to the south (APN: 42001-44-00000) . It is important that you recognize this permit condition by initialling it to acknowledge your understanding of this specific condition. This can be accomplished by sending to the Department of Community Development the text of this condition and your signature and date. This signed condition can then be added to the building permit and Boundary Line Adjustment files . If you have questions, I can be reached in the Department of Community Development at 427-9670 ext-365 . Sincerely, Allan Borden Land Use Planner Recycled APPLICATION FOR BOUNDARY LINE ADJUSTMENT USE BLACK INK ONLY 1 . APPLICANT'S NAME: David C. Bayley and Nancy R.
