RE: Stop Work Order
Site Address: 1501 NE Toonerville Rd., Belfair, WA
Dear Mr. And Mrs. Ramsey,
On November 19, 2001, our office investigated a complaint regarding the
non-permitted construction of an RV cover building. As a result of that
inspection, a Stop Work Order was placed on the structure.
Enclosed you will find a Mason County Building Permit Application and
Project Site form. In order to bring your site into compliance with Mason County
regulations, it will be necessary to complete the application forms and submit
them with structural design plans to this office or remove the non-permitted
construction prior to December 28, 2001.
If you feel that you have received this notice in error, or that the
information contained is inaccurate, please contact me immediately to discuss
your concerns at (360)427-9670 Ext 356.

Re: 1501 N.E. Toonerville Rd. Belfair, Wa.
Alpha Steel Buildings has informed us that the building
was constructed as a storage/barn/agro/loafing shed. It will
be used for storage for equipment as we work on the
property, as well as hay and horse ouiptment storage as
time goes. on. They were instructed that such a building
did not require a permit. Our home of thirty years in
Redmond is where we will continue to reside for many years
to come. We use the Toonerville Rd. place on occasion
for our horses, and therefore store equipment there to
maintain the property.
Thank You,
Claude L. Ramsey
