DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES
BUDGET TRANSFER
WHEREAS, a budget transfer is necesary to cover 1984
telephone charges and repair and maintenance of office equipment
for the Department of General Services; and
WHEREAS, the funds are available in Water Laboratory (562-00-
41.2) in the Department of General Services; and
WHEREAS, the transfer is reasonable and necessary to cover
telephone charges that have increased throughout the year and a
major repair of typewriter;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the following
budget transfer be adopted:
Transfer $500 from Water Laboratory, 562-00-41.2, to
Telephone, 562-00-42. 1; and
Transfer $30 from Water Laboratory, 562-00-41.2, to Repair
and Maintenance of Office Equipment; 562-00-48. 1.
ADOPTED this 31st day of December , 1984.
