DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES
BUDGET TRANSFER
WHEREAS, a budget transfer is necesary to cover 1984
telephone charges for the Department of General Services; and
WHEREAS, the funds are available in Operation Supplies
(573-90-31.2) in the Department of General Services; and
WHEREAS, the transfer is reasonable and necessary to cover
telephone charges that have increased throughout the year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the following
budget transfer be adopted®
Transfer $10 from Operating Supplies, 573-90-31.2, to
Telephone, 573-90-42. 1; and
ADOPTED this 31st day of December , 1984.
