DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES
BUDGET TRANSFER
WHEREAS, a budget transfer is necessary to cover 1984 Liquid
Waste Permits and Utilities for the Department of General Services;
and
WHEREAS, the funds are available in Repair and Maintenance -
Structure and Equipment (501-37-48.2) in the Department of General
Services; and
WHEREAS, the transfer is reasonable and necessary to cover
Liquid Waste Permits and Utilities that have been needed throughout
the year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the following
budget transfer be adopted:
Transfer $1,500.00 from Repair and Maintenance - Structure and
Equipment, 501-37-48.2, $500.00 to Liquid Waste Permits
501-37-41.4 and $1,000.00 to Utilities 501-37-47.
