BUDGET TRANSFER - EXTENSION AGENT
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the
Extension Agent for a transfer of funds; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available within the
Extension Agent budget to accommodate said transfer;
and
WHEREAS, the request appears to be reasonable and necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of
Mason County Commissioners that the following amount (s) be
transferred:
$210 From Travel 571-21-43
$210 To Communications 571-21-42
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor be
authorized to make the necessary transfer entries on the ledger
cards affecting the Extension Agent' s fund.
