BUDGET TRANSFER — DISTRICT COURT BUDGET
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the
District Court for a transfer of funds; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available within the
District Court budget to accommodate said transfer;
and
WHEREAS, the request appears to be reasonable and necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of
Mason County Commissioners that the following amount (s) be
transferred: Equipment . $180.00
Misc $800.00
From Travel Expense $150.00
Indigent Defense $545.00
To Office Supplies $800.00
Telephone $700.00
Machine Maintenance $175.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor be
authorized to make the necessary transfer entries on the ledger
cards affecting the District Court fund
