EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be
reasonably foreseen at the time of making the budget for the
year 1984 , it is necessary to make provision for emergency
appropriations to the budget as required by RCW 36 .40. 140 , to
meet an outstanding obligation of the ER&R Fund for acquisition
of the computer.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County
Commissioners:
That the loth day of December r 19 84 r at
the hour of 9 : 15 a.m. '"��'"' '� 1� '�_ the Board of
County Commissioners of Mason County, at the County Courthouse,,
Shelton, Washington, be and the same is hereby fixed as the
time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the
emergency appropriation to the budget for the ER & R
Fund in the estimated amount of . $ 250,000 . 00 for the above-
mentioned purposes, and the Clerk of the Board be and hereby is
authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of such
hearing to be published as provided by law.
