EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be
reasonably foreseen at the time of making the budget for the
year 1984 , it is necessary to make provision for emergency
appropriations to the budget as required by RCW 36 . 40 . 140 , to
meet an outstanding obligation of the Superior Court
to fund indigent criminal defense costs and jury fee costs for
1984 .
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County
Commissioners :
That the 10th day of, December �, 19 84 at
the hour of 10 : 00 o'clock in the morning, the Board c)f
County Commissioners of Mason County, at the County Courthouse,
Shelton, Washington, be and the same is hereby fixed as the
time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the
emergency appropriation to the budget for the Superior Court _
Fund in the estimated amount of $ 45 , 900 . 00 _ for the abrave-
mentioned purposes , and the Clerk of the Board be and hereby i
authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of such
hearing to be published as provided by law.
