WHEFZEAS, on Mason County Fbad No. _ 9010 �, known locally as the
Shelton-Matlock-Brady Road, and more specifically located in
, M.P. 3.08 _ to M.P. 7.20 , work de-
fined as "construction" in the BARS Manual, Page II-63, et sea, is determined to be
necessary and proper, and
WHEREAS, this project is hereby made a part of the officially adopted County
Annual Road Program pursuant to RCZ7 36.81.130 and assigned # --- ** thereon.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF CMIry OOMMISSIONERS that it is their
intention -to perform preliminary engineering: State Agency Cost $ 3,000
Co. Prel . Eng `r. Cost: 10,000
For the purpose of desinin for Consultant costs: 50,000
g grading, draining & surfacing -- Road Improvement.
** This project is included as Items 17 & 19 in the 1985 - 1990 Six Year Program.
and that said work is to be performed by Co. Forces/Consult. in accordance with the

Washington State Stran3ard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction as adopted
by Mason County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that: the above described County Fbad Project is necessary
and proper, and the estimated costs of said project are herewith set out as follows:
Preliminary Engineering $ 63,000
Right-of-Way $
Road Construction $
Bridge Construction $
Engineer's Estimate in detail is on file in the office of the County Engineer.
The County Road Project herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public neces-
sity, and the County Road Engineer_ is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report and pro-
ceed thereon as by law, provided and in accordance with WAC 136-18.
ADOPTED this _ 19th day of November 19 84 .
