NON-DEBATABLE EMERGENCY
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Mason County, in regular session assembled, that a
non-debatable emergency is unanimously declared to exist for
the following purposes:
Due to the high incident levels in January, May, June, July, August, September
and October, the average overtime hours per month have been $5,244.81. When
the 1984 budget was prepared the feasible average overtime per month was
$3,500.00. Due to the above fact, the Department is now out of overtime
monies and must have $23,568.00 to finish the year. (The October payroll
has September overtime and the December overtime will be paid 1/5/85) .
