WHEREAS, on Mason Oounty Road No. 1000 , known locally as the
Cloquallum _ Road, arA more specifically located - from the
Co. line no. for 1.3 miles , M.P. 17.69 to M.P. 18.99 y work de-
fined as "construction" in the BARS P-linnual, Page II-63, et sue, is determined to be
necessary and proper, and
W=REAS, this project is hereby made a part of the officially adopted County
Annual Fbad Program pursuant to R0^7 36.81.130 and assigned # - thereon.
TIU=RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY `= BOARD OF Cr-QTI'Y CaN2,IISSIONERS that it is their
intention to reconstruct by grading, draining and surfacing with Asphalt Concrete.
(This project is included as Item 50 in the 1985 to 1990 Six Year Program. )
and that said work is to be performs by Contract in accordance with the
(day labor/contract)
Washington State Standard Specifications for Toad and Bridge Construction as adopted
by Mason County.
BE IT =nIER RESOLVED that the above described County Road Project is necessary
and proper, and the estimated costs of said project are herewith set out as follows:
Engineering $ 16,000 Day Labor & Contract
Right-of-Way $ 8,000 Day Labor & Contract
Road Construction $ 250,000 Contract
Bridge Construction $
Engineer's Estimate in detail is on file in the office of the County Engineer.
The County Road Project herein described is FTREBY DECLARED to be a public neces-
sity, and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report and pro-
ceed thereon as by law, provided and in accordance with WAC 136-18.
ADOPTED this 15th day of October 19 84
