DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE
(WAC 197-11-340)
Description of Proposal: Land clearing and grading associated with
a driveway and a future building site. Installation of 15 feet of
12 inch culvert under an existing access road and 150 feet of
drainage confinement for the rest of the lot using one half of a
24" culvert buried below grade and filled with 4 to 8 inch rock
The drainage will be tightlined to a bulkhead knockout using a 15
inch culvert .

have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment . An
Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is not required under RCW
43 . 12 . 030 (2) (c) . This decision was made after review of a
completed Environmental Checklist and other information on file
with the lead agency. This information is available to the public
on request .
There is no comment period for this DNS .
