Resource Lands and Critical Areas (RLC) site inspection was performed on
your property. Below you will find comments made regarding the proposed
development and its critical values .

wetlands, and waterbodies must be included in your specific proposal ;
these setbacks are included as part of the comments listed below.

COMMENTS:
Site visit made to note setbacks and critical areas . Observed Blacksmith
Lake shoreline , 15a-30o slopes between home and lake, and wetlands along
the lake shore and very small area near northwest corner of lot. Proposed
house and septic system are away from critical areas; no need to stabilize
slopes as they are well vegetated with shrubs and trees .
