Description of Proposal :
Construct an erosion control rock bulkhead approximately 76 , long and
five feet high. The rock bulkhead will be backed up with fractured rock
and filter fabric. The native trees and vegetation will be protected as a
result of this project.

toe of the existing bank line. The rock 5 ft loft
will be placed around the exposed tree 25 ft
rootsand trunks in an effort to save as Hammersley Inlet

#5 Use of Building Describe proposed construction
Construct a bulkhead using large angular rock and following the toe of the existing
bank to the west of the existing concrete bulkhead. The bulkhead will be above the
MHHW line. The bulkhead will be ±76 feet long and be about five (5) feet high. The
rock bulkhead will be backed up with fractured rock and filter fabric. The native
trees and brush will be protected during and as a result of this proposal
'upon the type of permit,a floor plan and plot plan may be required.
This permit is valid for 180 days from the date of issuance.
