Subject: Clearing/Grading and culvert installation. Portion
of Gov' t Lot 4 within NE',( of Section 23 , Twn 20N, R
3W. Hammersley Inlet near Lighthouse Road.
Applicant: Ron Gold.
This permit shall be approved with the following conditions:
* Work shall be done in the dry to prevent disturbance and
liquefaction of saturated clay layers.
* The access road shall not be degraded.
* All culverts shall be maintained in perpetuity to ensure
drainage does not overflow.
* All construction debris and excavated materials should be
stored away from the shoreline. Silt fencing should be used
in areas where runoff would allow sediment laden waters to
reach Hammersley Inlet.
* The date or dates of construction will be provided to the
Mason County Planning Department (c/o Steve Nichols) , at least
1 week prior to construction.
This condition page shall be signed and dated by the applicant,
agent or contractor prior to issuance of the permit:

** Failure to comply with any of the above conditions will result
in enforcement proceedings. These proceedings will entail,
but not be limited to, the removal of any unauthorized
structures and the complete restoration of the site.
