RE: Garage. BLD 94-1417. Resource Lands Checklist and evaluation.
Dear Mr. Farley,
On September 22nd a site inspection of the subject property was conducted to check for
consistency with the development standards as set forth in the Mason County Interim Resource
Ordinance. It was found that the proposed garage is 40 feet from the edge of wetland on the
west side of the property. The required building setback from the this wetland is 65 feet.
Please submit a revised site plan showing the new location of the proposed building at 65' or
greater from the edge of the wetland.
Your permit will continue to circulate to other departments until we receive the revised site plan.
