6/29/05- 12"Culvert under driveway was previously blocked-they had wetland delineated and marked-Rick Mraz and someone from Public Works came out and told them to replace the old culvert.
Water is not constantly flowing,only when it rains. Does not appear to be significant enough to affect neighbor's property adversely. sjp

7/8/05-Complaint closed as invalid. Homeowner did as they were told to do by the planning dept and public works by replacing the culvert. There may now be water draining toward the neighbor's
property,however it is stormwater runoff that is not near the neighbor's residence. No effect on the neighbor's property is apparent. sjp
