Date of inspection May 31, 1991, by request of owners. Marina and boat storage building: Type of building V-N one story, square footage: 9625 feet, occupancy B-4, boat storage office and area: B-2. No sale of combustible fuels. This building will be refered to as facing water forward (as front of building). The building will be separated by 2 and re- fered to as Bay A left and Bay B right for inspection purpose only. Bay A: Boat storage (fuel boat motor 5 gal or less) . No garbage or rubble in area, garbage cans are in -rea but need lids. Floors are clean, exits are clear for fire lane, area is posted NO SMOKING, one fire extinquisher at door. Location: Water Forward. Add a fire extinguisher at entry door, all fire extinguisher areas to be marked and posted, water and garden hose in area (needs to be posted), Bay A and Bay B entry doors from parking lot (auto) to be posted as a FIRE LANE and NO PARKING AT ANY TIPS. Dock Area: Clear of obstructions and rubble and garbae, hose bibs house garden) privied on dock. Loading and unloading dock area cleared of obstruction. Bay B: Boat storage and small repair shop with small loft area. This area in generally is in the same condition as Bay-A. Add a fire extinguisher to entry door from parking lot. Office Area: Clear of rubble and debris, elec- trical circuits and cords are OK and don't appear to be over loaded. FINDINGS: I find this building in remarkable condition for its age even- though some repairs are needed. (Bay B entry door needs a new post to support door header. Inspection of Convenience Store and apartment building type V-N, occupancy B-2 and R-3, B-2 store; R-3 apartment, gas service pumps: was informed they will be removed and no fuel will be sold. LPG propane gas needs protection from traffic and damage to the dispencing area (steel posts) . Store storage room clean and approved. Store approved for occupancy. Apartment has a smoke detector and approved for occupancy. Park Recreation Hall: Building type V-N, rated occupancy A-3, need to in- stall electric lighted exit signs over entry and exit doors in the interior of the building. The Recreation Hall and kitchen were clean. Approved for occupancy. II All the buildings electrial service appears not to be over loaded, all circuits are breaker service circuts.
