As part of this department ' s review on your permit application, a
Resource Lands and Critical Areas (RLC) site inspection was performed on
your property. Below you will find comments made regarding the proposed
development and it ' s critical values .
In some cases, setbacks for development from steep slopes, streams,
wetlands, and waterbodies must be included in your specific proposal ;
these setbacks are included as part of the comments listed below.

COMMENTS:
Property includes natural low land area along northern segment where
hydric vegetation has established. This lowland area extends in an
easterly direction along property' s boundary. The following setbacks
shall be met: 1. 65 ' for buildings. 2 . 100 ' for on-site sewage
drainfield. Setbacks area measured horizontally from edge of wet areas to
proposed development. According to plans submitted, proposed home will
meet building setback.
