Resource Lands and Critical Areas (RLC) .site inspection was performed on
your property. Below you will find comments made regarding the proposed
development and its critical values .

COMMENTS:
Property has wetland on east 200 ft of property and seasonal drainage in
west half of property that runs from north to south. Proposed building is
nearly 250 ft from wetland and on terraced area above the seasonal
drainage area. Vegtation buffer and building setback from wetland will
also be applied on residence when proposed.
