Resource Lands and Critical Areas (RLC) site inspection was performed on
your property. Below you will find comments made regarding the proposed
development and it ' s critical values .

these setbacks are included as part of the comments listed below.

Wetland and pond in East half of lot. Current home and septic well away
from wetland edge. Proposed structures shall meet minimum setback of 65 '
from wetland edge and maintain 50 ' vegetation buffer from wetland edge.
