Dear Bianco,
As of May 4th 1999 Mason County adopted ordinance 45-99 Title
14 which prohibits pre - June 1976 mobile homes in Mason County.
It has come to my attention that a pre - June 1976 mobile home
is located at the above address . If the mobile home in question was
installed prior to the adoption of Title 14 on May 4th 1999 you
will need to come in and apply for an after the fact installation
permit . If the mobile home was installed after May 4th 1999 it is
a prohibited unit and will need to be removed within 30 days.
You will also need to apply for an after the fact building
permit for the 12 ' x 12 ' structure on the side of your mobile home.
Please provide Mason County Permit Assistance Center with the
necessary information. If you have any questions please contact me
