Dear Sir:
I would like to verify the real property under the tax account number
shown above with the description as TR 6 OF SURVEY 6/151 currently owned
by Filomeno and Rosita Ermitano regarding the zoning.
The owner is selling the property and I am interested to buy from them
provided that the zoning do not restrict Home Care for the Elderly or
a Nursing Home in this community or location.
I thought, I should verify the zoning regulation from your office first
before submitting my offer to the owner. Would your office be able to
confirm whether I could put up a home care or a nursing home in the afore-
mentioned property?.

Dear Mr. Uy:
Mason County does not have zoning regulations at this time. The
propert does not appear to be on a shoreline, therefore, the Mason
County Shoreline master Program does not apply. The County
regulations which would apply to the placement of a Nursing Home on
the property would be:
1) Environmental Health Regulations - the site would need to be
approved for a septic system and well .
2) 1988 Uniform Building Code.
3) Parking Ordinance which is enclosed. Environmental Checklist
which you complete and return at time of application for your
building permit.

Health, Building and Planning Departments . If you have any further
questions, please contact that department which applies. Thank you.
