I just sent you the deficient RME pumping report.The tank only permit has a site plan showing an existing drainfield
and the tank to be replaced.This permit is under review.

Our records indicate there is a septic system on site. Looks like you have a permitto replace the septic tank only. I
have not approved it yet because you indicated you were doing a homeowner install,so we need the homeowner
install application and fee.
