Belfair Water District#1
Re: Olympic Sunset View Apartments
Water Availability and service to the Plat.
Belfair Water District#I will be the water utility for this development. That area
is supplied from the upper gradients 12"transmission line and Well#4 and the
1.2MG Reservoir.
Belfair Water District#1 is currently updating our Comprehensive Plan with
Stantec Engineering and Washington State DOH, and will be including this
development in our future planning and growth portions of this plan.
Belfair Water District#1 will be actively working with the Developer and his
Engineering team as well as Mason County Fire Authority as they make the
necessary connections and main development to provide for fire flow and water
services to this proposed plat.
